The objective and scope of this report was to deliver a flexible interactive economic model to provide a foundational understanding of what Equitable Remuneration (ER) might look like if implemented in the UK. The purpose of this work was not to conclude or provide specific recommendations, and to lay the foundation for future research.
This is independent research commissioned by the Intellectual Property Office (IPO). Findings and opinions are those of the researchers, not the views of the IPO or the government.
