This monitoring plan underpins the Environmental Improvement Plan (EIP).

It includes theories of change for each EIP goal, showing the specific commitments and actions needed to deliver them.

It also provides a comprehensive list of EIP commitments and actions, and explains how we will measure progress against them in future Environmental Improvement Plan annual progress reports.
