The Environment Agency’s quality and sustainability statements support our ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. It explains what commitments the organisation has made to better improve its quality of service and environmental performance.

  1. Added the Environment Agency sustainability commitment statement.

  2. Removed the PDF 'Environment Agency sustainability commitment statement'. This is out of date. A new statement is in progress.

  3. Added new statement: Environment Agency commitment to quality in HTML (webpage) format. This replaced an older PDF version.

  4. Updated the Environment Agency sustainability commitment statement

  5. Environment Agency quality policy has been updated in line with changes to the EA2025 action plan and the Environment Agency environmental statement has been updated in line with changes to Emission 2030.

  6. Updated the Environment Agency quality policy.

  7. Statements have been divided into separate documents and environmental policy statement has been updated.
