Executive search firms: enhanced code of conduct - accreditation process

This code of conduct recognises the best recruitment practice that has led to measurable success in increasing gender equality in boardrooms.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government



A new voluntary code of conduct created by executive search firms themselves, intended to raise the standards of professionalism and conduct in the recruitment of women to the boards of FTSE (Financial Times and the London Stock Exchange) 350 companies.
