We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
How many industrial tribunal cases has the IND been required to attend since August 2005 and how many were upheld in favour of the aggrieved employee?
Are the IND employees trained on what is deemed to be bullying and harassment and what is not tolerated within the IND? If so, how many employees (including management) have undertaken this training?
