Use this form to ask to have a respondent fined for non-payment.

If you win an employment tribunal and the respondent doesn’t pay you can ask to have them fined.
The respondent will get a warning notice giving them 28 days to pay you. If they still don’t pay they will be fined.
This applies to judgments given on or after 6 April 2016.
