This document provides a progress update on the East Midlands Combined County Authority’s (EMCCA) Transport for City Regions (TCR) settlements delivery plan between 2024 and 2025.

EMCCA were not required to produce an annual report for 2024 and 2025.

Spending Review 2025 confirmed £2.038 billion of Transport for City Regions (TCR) funding for EMCCA for the period from 2031 to 2032. This includes £55 million (2025 to 2026) and £183.9 million (2026 to 2027).

Early funding brought forward from the £2.038 billion to enable preparation and earlier delivery of their TCR programme. See Transport for City Regions funding allocations for more information.
