Details

This research draws from a representative sample of electric vehicle (EV) drivers in the UK to provide insights into:

• driving patterns
• charging behaviours and experiences of home and public charge points
• barriers and enablers relating to EV usage
• levels of confidence and satisfaction with public charge point provision and making long-distance journeys in EVs

Data includes:

• EV, battery electric vehicle (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) tracker data for years 1 and 2 of the survey
• 2-week diary data for journeys and charges made by survey participants in years 1 and 2

Ipsos conducted this research on behalf of the Department for Transport.
