This research draws from a representative sample of electric vehicle (EV) drivers in the UK to provide insights into:
- driving patterns
- charging behaviours and experiences of home and public charge points
- barriers and enablers relating to EV usage
- levels of confidence and satisfaction with public charge point provision and making long-distance journeys in EVs
Data includes:
- EV, battery electric vehicle (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) tracker data for years 1 and 2 of the survey
- 2-week diary data for journeys and charges made by survey participants in years 1 and 2
Ipsos conducted this research on behalf of the Department for Transport.
