Letter from the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, the Rt Hon James Brokenshire MP, to Councillor Linda Haysey (Leader of East Hertfordshire district council), issuing a direction on 11 September 2018 under section 21 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, which directed East Hertfordshire district council not to take any steps in connection with the adoption of the local plan, whilst the direction remained in force.

Letter from the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government to Councillor Linda Haysey, withdrawing the direction originally issued on 11 September 2018 under section 21 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, allowing East Hertfordshire district council to take any action it chooses in relation to the adoption of the local plan.
