This note sets out the view of the Fair Work Agency (FWA) on how the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 may apply to the use of direct engagement models of introduction in the recruitment sector.
This is the FWA regulatory view of direct engagement model of introduction and should not be considered as legal advice. FWA will consider each direct engagement case carefully on a case-by-case basis.
