Report by Professor Dominic Tildesley, commissioned by David Willetts, Minister for Universities and Science.

It investigates how the government might create an e-infrastructure to support a strong public-private partnership. It also outlines a 10 year strategy for developing and managing the UK’s e-infrastructure.
