The IT Strategy outlines plans to:

  • invest in an organisational restructure, bringing roles in-house and recruiting innovative IT professionals
  • migrate off legacy systems onto new platforms
  • operate a tri-model approach to technologies - innovating, leveraging and industrialising where appropriate
  • manage the DVLA’s technology lifecycle.
