Details

Our plans include:

  • completing the migration of tachograph services from our legacy platforms
  • developing and introducing a new driver and vehicle enquiry service
  • supporting the Department of Environment and Rural Affairs and DFT’s Joint Air Quality Unit on the introduction of a national charging scheme for vehicles entering clean air zones
  • focusing our enforcement activities and efforts on areas of higher evasion and persistent evaders whilst maintaining a consistent approach across the UK
  • maintaining our position in the top 5 public sector best in class organisations for customer service.
