Details

Following the consultation on reforms to the directors’ remuneration reporting regulations, we produced a second draft version of the proposed regulations to keep stakeholders and the public up to date with progress.

We invited your comments on this draft regulation by 25 March 2013.

After taking these further views into account, Parliament approved final regulations. These come into force on 1 October 2013.
