This section contains draft versions of the two council tax referendum principle reports that will be laid before the House of Commons for approval at the time of the final settlement:
- Council tax referendum principles for local authorities 2023 to 2024
- Alternative notional amounts which specified local authorities must use when determining whether their council tax level for 2023 to 2024 is excessive by reference to the referendum principles determined by the Secretary of State.
