This document is effective from midnight on the day that the Terrorism Act 2000 (Video Recording with Sound of Interviews and Associated Code of Practice) Order 2012 and the Counter-Terrorsm Act 2008 (Code of Practice for the Video Recording of Post-Charge Questioning) Order 2012 come into force.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement.
