Department’s decision on application (including details of any waiting period or other conditions or restrictions applied) requires that for one year from the last day of service Mr Grainger:
- should not become personally involved in lobbying the UK government on behalf of Teneo
- should not make use, directly or indirectly, of contacts in government and/or Crown service to influence policy or secure business on behalf of Teneo – in particular he should not contact ministers or attend meetings/briefings with them
- should not draw on privileged information available to him from his time in Crown service
