Department’s decision on application (including details of any waiting period or other conditions or restrictions applied) requires that:
- for 1 year from the last day of service the applicant should not become personally involved in lobbying the UK government on behalf of Capgemini or their clients
- for 1 year from the last day of service the applicant should not make use, directly or indirectly, of contacts in government and/or Crown service to influence policy or secure business on behalf of Capgemini or their clients
- for 1 year from the last day of service, the applicant should not be part of any bidding work for HR consultancy in Civil Service departments for 1 year following her departure
The applicant should not draw on privileged information available from her time in Crown service.
