Details

This Department for Transport (DfT) guide assists train operating companies (TOCs) in the completion of an initial dispute handling plan, following receipt of a notice of ballot from a trade union.

The guide supplements the dispute handling policy set out in the emergency recovery measures agreements (ERMAs) and national rail contracts between TOCs and the Secretary of State for Transport.
