Details

If you’ve already applied for student finance

Sign in to your student finance account to start your DSA application.

If you do not have an online account because you applied for student finance by post, fill in a DSA1 form.

If you have not applied for student finance

If you do not need student finance, you can fill in a DSA1 form to apply just for DSA.

If you need to reclaim expenses

Use the claim form for the academic year the expenses relate to. You can reclaim expenses at any point in the academic year.

If you do not have evidence to show you qualify for DSA

A medical professional needs to give us information about your disability on the evidence form. This form cannot be used to confirm a specific learning difficulty.

Your medical professional might charge you to complete this form. You cannot claim this cost back through DSA.
