For 2021 to 2023 the Board and CMA Executive have agreed Disability as a priority focus.
The CMA is conscious of the recruitment and career progression of disabled colleagues and the focus this year is to build a better understanding of their needs, ensure visible and effective support is in place and that our managers are confident in their role to provide this support.
In addition, 2021 saw the launch of the National Disability Strategy National Disability Strategy,where government made a number of key commitments on behalf of all government departments. This strategy is aligned to those commitments.
This report and commitment is part of our Diversity and inclusion strategy 2020 to 2024.
