Details
This is an amendment to an existing designation direction, which has been given to the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority in respect of the Hinkley Point B site. Under the 2004 Energy Act, directions are the method by which the Secretary of State gives the NDA responsibility to carry out its principal function. The directions identify what the NDA is to be responsible for and what it has to do in respect of the designated site for which the direction refer.
