This direction was signed by Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP on 26 April 2022.
It amends section 14 of the determination and direction signed by the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP on 27 April 2021.
Section 14 relates to member contributions deductions for past services for those judicial offices that were retrospectively added to the Judicial Pension Regulations 2015.
