Dilman Norfolk Ltd has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number 7/34/09/*G/0045 which authorises the abstraction of water from chalk at Tunstead, Norfolk at National Grid Reference TG 30730 21050 (borehole B) and TG 30620 21280 (borehole A).

The variation applied is to transfer of 22,987 cubic metres from borehole A to borehole B and remove the purpose of frost protection and add the purpose of spray irrigation and trickle irrigation.
