The publications provide information about the ‘strength in numbers’ framework.

This includes guidance on:

  • the principles behind the Department for Transport’s (DfT’s) analytical assurance framework
  • quality assurance processes for models
  • registers of the DfT’s business-critical analytical models

This guidance is for DfT officials. We have published this to aid working with our partners and as part of our response to the Macpherson review.
