Details

DFID has methodology notes for each indicator in the DFID Results Framework (DRF). They give a summary of the indicator, why we measure it, the data sources used and calculation methods. Since DFID first published these indicators last year, several have been updated, and clarified. These changes are highlighted in the main body of the note. They often refer to “Quest” which is simply the DFID file management system. DFID is also publishing for the first time methodology notes for DFID Business Plan input indicators. They follow a similar format to the DRF indicator methodology notes.
