The journey of improvement from satisfactory in 2008 to good in 2011 at All Saints C of E Primary School is a result of determined leadership and a relentless focus on improving the progress of all pupils. Effective performance management procedures for all members of staff linked to rich professional development opportunities ensure that everybody plays a valuable part in raising achievement.
