Details
Notices of publication from the Department for Business and Trade are provided above for designated standards for low voltage electrical equipment. This is in support of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 (as amended). A consolidated list of the standards is also available for reference by businesses.
The notice of publication 0120/25 of 5 September 2025 was published without the restriction to EN 60335-1:2012 and its amendments outlined in proposal notice 0120/25, following concerns raised by the responsible BSI committee regarding the justification.
