Can the department provide:

  1. A breakdown of the financial contribution from the department to FRANK, (the government website talktofrank.com) since its launch (2003/04, 2004/05, 2005/06, 2006/07, 2007/08, 2008/09, 2009/10), and proposed future funding?

  2. The details of any Return on Investment figures/statistics/measurement for the above funding?

  3. Which department within the DfE is responsible for the DfE input into the a) financial running of FRANK and b) the marketing content?

  4. The number of visitors to the FRANK website?

  5. The number of calls to the FRANK helpline?

  6. The number of staff working on the FRANK helpline?

  7. An organisation chart for FRANK?
