The Independent Case Examiner (ICE) reviews complaints made by users of certain government agencies and businesses that deal with benefits and financial support.

This report is about the work carried out between 1 April 2015 and 31 March 2016 for the Department for Communities in Northern Ireland and its Social Security Agency and Child Maintenance Service.
