Details

This good practice guide, originally published in November 2004, has been amended to include a change in the law relating to childrens’ means testing which came into effect in December 2005.

The primary purpose of this document is to advise local authorities on how they can establish a first class service which can deliver adaptations to the homes of disabled people in order to meet their needs and statutory entitlements.
