The publication of the DECC Equality Information 2015 document demonstrates the department’s compliance with the Public Sector Equality Duty of the Equality Act 2010, to publish relevant equality information on the make-up of our staff by 31st January each year.
The document itself includes information diversity on:

- diversity trends by grade

- staff recruitment rates
