This report sets out the remits for the Treasury’s agents, the Debt Management Office (DMO) and National Savings & Investments (NS&I).

It outlines:

  • the government’s estimates for the amount of financing it needs to raise for the year ahead
  • how the government will raise the financing and which instruments it will use to do so
