This privacy notice describes how the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) collects and processes personal information about its staff before, during and after their working relationship with the organisation.
It applies to all current and former employees, workers and contractors.

Updated to reflect departmental name change and amended contact email and link to new Personal Information Charter. Added 'information relating to perceived, potential or actual conflicts of interest which you have shared with us per our conflict of interests policy' to Section 3 and 'to identify and manage a perceived, potential or actual conflict of interest in line with the Civil Service Code' to Section 5.
