This list sets out declared interests of executive and non-executive members who served on the Department for Business and Trade’s board in the 2023 to 2024 financial year. Ministers’ interests are published separately by the Cabinet Office.

Departmental board members are asked to declare any personal, business or related party interests that may, or may be perceived by a reasonable member of the public to, influence their judgements in performing their obligations to the department.

The purpose of this list is to meet the requirements of section 6.4.3(e) of the Government Financial Reporting Manual: 2023 to 2024 and paragraph 4.15 of the Corporate governance code for central government departments 2017.
