David William Hunter has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number 8/37/25/*S/0347/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from Inland water (river) known as Salary Brook at Ardleigh, Essex at National Grid Reference TM 0320 2650.

The variation applied for is: to increase abstraction from 135,290 cubic metres per year to 197,540 cubic metres per year for the purpose of spray irrigation storage.
