1.Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know how many times the Wales Office broke the Data Protection Act in 2012.
A.No incidents were recorded.
2.I would also like to know how many cases were recorded in 2012 of staff misusing social websites such as Facebook, Twitter etc., whether that be in the workplace or outside. In each case, describe the abuses, indicate which site was used, and what action was taken against the member of staff.
