Overall Objective for the Qualification
On successful completion of this qualification, learners will have the skills and knowledge to progress into teaching in the further education sector.
The qualification introduces teaching and the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training. It also includes input on how to plan, deliver and evaluate teaching sessions and give constructive feedback to learners.
