Details

Customer voice research is small scale, timely, qualitative research work, designed to explore customer views on important or emerging issues. Each month around 8 workshops take place with parents and/or young people. These take the form of discussion groups with up to 8 people, or in-depth interviews which are usually done in pairs.

This research provided deep and comprehensive insight into teachers’ powers to discipline. The research was conducted in London, Birmingham and Leeds in August 2010, with a total of 45 hours of interviews.
