This research was conducted to enable the Insolvency Service to gain a better understanding of customer expectations and perceptions of the services it offers. The research found that overall satisfaction with the Insolvency Service is high, with more than 8 in 10 of those surveyed describing themselves as either very or quite satisfied with the service they receive.
