*GSI Convergence Framework (GCF) Update - November. All GCF user organisations should have received their Payment Declaration Letters for the 2019/20 services costs, requesting agreement to the costs and their payment. If you’ve not yet done so, please ensure your organisation has returned its signed letter as a matter of urgency.
