1. GCF update

The Government Convergence Framework (GCF) is a Vodafone technology used by hundreds of public bodies, and CCS is leading the project to migrate users to replacement services.

We’ll soon be contacting all users to confirm their contract extension costs for 2019/20, or to discuss cancellation of core services. July’s invoices have been sent with associated credit notes.

2. Team up and save

Our latest aggregation brought together six customers needing IT hardware, helping them to save £300,000. Read how they did it here.

3. Annual report and accounts

Crown Commercial Service annual report and accounts 2018 to 2019 are now available.

4. G-Cloud 11 lives!

We are pleased to announce our G-Cloud 11 framework is now live and open for business with 4,200 suppliers.

G-Cloud gives public and third sector organisations a route to buy cloud-based services such as web hosting and cloud software from a single, central website. Learn more about it here.

7. Legacy software support

14. New frameworks and updates

*Education Technology RM6103 is a new framework to help schools, colleges and universities buy ICT equipment and services. It replaces ICT Services for Education RM1050.

*Vehicle hire RM6013 is a new framework to replace Vehicle Hire Services RM1062 which will expire in September 2019.
