The 8th annual Civil Service people survey was conducted across 98 Civil Service organisations, including the Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

The fieldwork for the survey ran from 3 to 31 October 2016. 687 people working in CCS participated in the survey, an overall response rate of 92%.

The report shows results from the survey. The questions are used to generate 10 headline indicators; one to measure the levels of employee engagement and 9 to measure the factors which influence engagement.
