This report from the Better Outcomes through Linked Data (BOLD) programme is an ad hoc statistics publication from the Ministry of Justice.

The analysis presented is based on linking criminal courts and national police data with offender assessment data for England and Wales. It focusses on examining key differences in relation to the type, prevalence and severity of criminogenic needs between prolific offenders and non-prolific offenders.
