Details

The Rules will come into force on Monday 6 October 2014.

The new rules are published on the Legislation website. When they come into force, the text will appear on the rules website, too.

Until then, the existing Criminal Procedure Rules remain in force (the Criminal Procedure Rules 2013, amended by the Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2013 and the Criminal Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2013).
