Details

The government announced in the Spending Review that it is making an extra £650 million a year available for the next 4 years to deliver on its promise to help principal local authorities (including police and fire authorities) deliver a Council Tax freeze in England in 2011 to 2012.

This letter sets out the details of the scheme.
