This updated final impact assessment sets out the costs of approving 1 new scheme operator and extending the scope for 5 existing operators for certain notifiable building works and 1 new airtightness testing scheme operator.

This impact assessment updates the previous version that was published on the 27 March 2015 under the previous coalition government.
