Added a new table. This shows the total payments processed across government as of 12 December 2022. The total number of payments processed by DWP and HM Revenue & Customs are also shown.

Updated the table about the second payment of the Cost of Living Payment - this now shows payments processed by DWP on 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14 November 2022. As of 14 November 2022, over 99% of DWP claimants initially eligible for the second means-tested benefits Cost of Living Payment have had their payments processed.
