Our first two letters relate to the delay to the written evidence from Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), which includes the PSPRB Chair’s letter and response from the Minister of State for Prisons and Probation.
Our final letter sets out the PSPRB response to our activation letter and our planned submission date for the 2020 pay round for operational prison staff in England and Wales.
The timetable for the 2020 PSPRB pay round is as follows:
- End March early April 2020 – oral evidence with the parties
- Early June – submission of the 2020 report to Government
The UK Government determines when it will respond to and publish the report.
