Notice is hereby given of a reference to the Copyright Tribunal under section 119 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 by Insomnia Ltd T/A Kasbah nightclub 51 Primrose Hill St. Coventry, CV1 5LY. A dispute has arisen between the Applicant and PPLPRS Ltd, a company incorporated in the UK (company number 10376001) of 1 Upper James St, London W1F 9DE, (the Respondent).  The dispute concerns to the correct method for calculating licence fees for the current licence period (6 September 2025 to 5 September 2026).

Any organisation or person wishing to object to the Applicant’s credentials or wishing to be made party to the proceedings should apply to the Secretary of the Copyright Tribunal in the manner prescribed in Part 1V of the Copyright Tribunal Rules 2010, by 18 September 2026.
